Sylva ry – A Community for Children, Young People, and Families Affected by Cancer
When a child or young adult is diagnosed with cancer, both the patient and their loved ones need practical information about the illness, available support, and rehabilitation. Sylva ry is a nationwide organization for children and young adults with cancer, as well as their families.

For some children, the traditional Christmas at home with family and loved ones won’t happen this year. On cancer wards, Christmas is different, often spent in isolation, with one parent waiting for Santa Claus alongside their child or young adult.
